Rehearsal (please include your final abstract in the presentation)

Lab Notebook check by Mehmet: 335 EBU-II at 12.30pm

 

Friday, June 15

 

Final Presentations 7-10pm

- Groups will present with the order; 3,6,12,7,11,2,1,5,4,8

- 10 minute presentation by each group, and demo if applicable

- No Gannt Chart in the presentations

- Prepare Abstract ( details to come soon)

- Final presentation will be videotaped. -Dress properly.

- Practice well!

 

Final Presentation Posters:

- Check it with  mentor for approval

- Easels, 3’ x 5’ posterboard, and pushpins will be provided. 

- Bring your receipts for the poster printing to Susan for reimbursement.

 

Best Project Award:

- Decisions will be made by judges to decide the best over all project. The prize is $100 bookstore gift card per group.

 

- Groups will present with the order; 3,6,12,7,11,2,1,5,4,8

 

Final Report due June 15 : (One report per group)

- What is the project? What is the objective?

- What was the technical challenge? How did you figure it?

- Advice to the next group

- Include all references

- Please bring hard copies to Presentation - for mentors, ECE, and your own.

Each team gets 7 minutes.  Each team member must present within this time.

 

Please come prepared:  Your PowerPoint presentation should be already loaded in your computer.  Before the class starts, make sure it works with the projector.

 

Bring your lab notebook for inspection.
