Solar System Physics (4)     General introduction to planetary bodies, the overall structure of the solar system, and space plasma physics. Course emphasis will be on the solar atmosphere, how the solar wind is produced, and its interaction with both magnetized and unmagnetized planets (and comets). Prerequisites: Phys. 2A-C or 4A-D, Math. 20A-B, 20C or 21C with grades of C- or better. (S)
